Grief Glimmers Course

A gentle self-study course to help you explore the wild beauty & cosmic love tucked inside sorrow.

If you’re here, your life has probably changed.

Grief comes in so many different shapes and forms. Sometimes it’s clear and tangible, sometimes it’s complex and hard to name. I have found that making space for it is always worthwhile because it helps us feel more alive to all our experiences – the painful stuff, the joyous things and the wild mystery that is the human experience.

Why Grief Glimmers?

Grief Glimmers is a self-paced, creative exploration of the ways grief shapes us – and how it can also reveal beauty and meaning along the way. I made it for people who want to explore creativity and ritual at their own pace with some gentle inspiration to draw from.

Inside, you’ll find:

Guided meditations to help you drop into the heart

Journaling prompts that open gentle, curious doors

Creative projects to express the hard stuff
Everyday rituals for honoring memory, love, and transformation

You might like this course if…

    • You’re grieving a loss, big or small, recent or long ago
    • You’re craving a slower, more creative way to process what’s happening
    • You love little rituals and gentle structure
    • You want to find meaning on your own terms without bypassing the pain

    There are four modules:

    1. Intention – meeting yourself where you are
    2. Tending – embodying care & reverence
    3.  Dreams – diving into the lesson
    4. Transformation – exploring what can grow from here

      Each module includes:

      • 1 guided meditation (audio + transcript)
      • 1 set of journal prompts
      • 1 creative project (no special skills needed)
      • 1 simple ritual to bring into daily life
      • 1 tarot spread

You can move through everything in your own rhythm—no deadlines, no pressure.

      Why “glimmers”?

In nervous system language, a glimmer is a tiny moment of safety, connection, or ease.
Like a flash of something good that you can feel in your whole body.

That’s what this course hopes to offer:
Small, beautiful invitations to feel a little more held, a little less alone. Ideas, practices and invitations that help you see beyond the pain and reconnect with the things that make you feel alive.
